Ice skating is back at the Bournemouth International Centre this winter! The Cool Coast Ice Rink is the South Coast’s biggest indoor seasonal ice rink

As a fun all-weather activity, it’s perfect for kids and adults alike! Plus, with our useful Ice Skating penguins, even the youngest novices can have a go in our Kids area; separate from the main rink which is ideal for smaller children and their parents.

Price: £8.50 per ticket

20th January 2018 Race Night

at Moreton Village Hall

Great entertainment--have fun betting on your winning horse. Any money won on a race, a proportion is kept by the winner and the remainder for fundraising. Ticket includes a ploughman`s supper and bring your own alcohol. Raffle with prizes. If you wish dress up as for Ascot.

Giselle, an innocent young village girl, loves to dance in spite of the uncertainty of a weak heart, and enjoys a simple life in her village. This story follows her through tender romance, heartbreak, death and the afterlife, as she ultimately saves the life of a man who has betrayed her.

SWAN LAKE 7.30pm (Fri 26 & Sat 27th) Matinee 2.30pm (Sat & Sun) Swan Lake is Tchaikovsky’s masterpiece, a tragic tale of love and betrayal with an instantly recognisable score. This is the epic story of Prince Siegfried and his true love Odette who, tricked by the evil sorcerer Von Rothbart and his daughter Odile, would rather die together than live apart.

Working in partnership with the British Library, Poole Library is proud to host the Harry Potter: A History of Magic exhibition.

On display from 8 January – 28 February at Poole Central Library, the exhibition will be capturing the traditions of folklore and magic at the heart of the Harry Potter stories, including potions and alchemy, divination and magical creatures.

Every Tuesday from April to the end of September Dream Machine Bike Night

at Poole Quay

Every Tuesday night between April and September the “bikers” roll into town!

Bikers from all over the country come here to show off their beautiful machines, meet up with fellow enthusiasts and compete for “Bike of the night”.

The event starts at 6pm and is one of the UK’s premier biking events.

Poole Quay Dream Machines is a fully marshalled event, with a £1 entry charge per night. It is a self-funding event.

12th of May 2018 - Mini Steam on the Quay

A celebration of the sights, sounds and smells of the age of the steam. Mini steam on the quay will be returning to Poole Quay Saturday the 12th of May 2018.

16th of June 2018 - Harry Paye Pirate Day

A day of pirate fun on Poole Quay. Activities include a fisherman’s regatta, live music, pirate procession and rowing races.

30th of June 2018 - Folk on the Quay

A free folk music festival in Poole with outdoor music stages and dancers in the streets overlooking Poole’s lovely Harbour.

With traditional folk dancing, cehilidhs on the Quay and lots more.

Friday nights from July through August Quay for my Car

Poole Quay hosts a unique, themed car event every Friday evening from July to August from 6pm – 9pm, putting a great selection of popular car marques in the spotlight.

Each week is themed so one week you may be checking out the open top sports cars whilst the next you could be admiring the Best of British

The event offers free entry onto the quayside for the car owners who fit the theme for that particular evening. With a stunning backdrop of the Quay and Poole Harbour it is the perfect location for owners to show off their vehicles.

13th to the 14th of July 2018 - British Beach Polo Championship

Returning to Britain’s premier beach location, the event features top international players, celebrities and polo supporters with free viewing area for members of the public.

15th of July 2018 - Poole goes Vintage

A full day of vintage entertainment including live music, classic cars, dancing displays, fashion show and market.

Thursdays from the 26th of July to the end of August - Summer Breeze with Fireworks on the Quay

Live music, street entertainment, family activities and a fireworks finale at 10pm.

The event welcomes thousands of revellers who enjoy live music, a host of varied street entertainment, activities for all the family, special themed nights and a spectacular fireworks finale. Featuring a different line up each week and all for free!

25th of July to the 10th of August Brownsea Open Air Theatre
