Over the festive season, we all need to take a little break to enjoy time with loved one’s and soak up some festive cheer. That’s why our usual office hours will be adjusted slightly to give our team some well deserved time off over the festive break. Please see our 2024 festive opening hours below:

| Tuesday 31st December – New Year’s Eve | 9:30am to 4pm |
| Wednesday 1st January 2025 – New Year’s Day | CLOSED |
| Thursday 2nd January 2025 | 9:30am to 6pm – back to normal office hours |
While our office will be closed on certain days, our trusted third-party out-of-office team will be available to handle any urgent issues via our phone lines. Should you have an urgent issue in respect of a property you are staying in while our office is closed, please call 01202 683333 to reach our trusted third-party out-of-office team who will be able to pass on your call to the relevant person.
