The History of Quay
Set up in 2006 by husband and wife team, Helen and Duncan, with just five properties, Quay’s portfolio now comprises over 120 properties. Today, Quay Holidays remains a family-run business, employing a knowledgeable team, all living in the local area. For us, local knowledge is Quay. Our dedicated team knows Poole and its surrounding areas inside-out and is passionate about helping you find the perfect property for your holiday. From our base in Poole Old Town, we provide a comprehensive full-management service. Our meticulous cleaning crew and knowledgeable maintenance team take the stress out of holiday letting for homeowners and ensuring our guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. We offer everything from cosy one-bedroom apartments to spacious five-bedroom houses – just let us know what you need!
Your Quay to relaxation
Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

Credit, debit and American Express cards, sterling bank transfers or cheques all accepted.

Late Checkout until 12pm
Benefit from a late checkout until 12pm when you book directly with us. That gives you an extra two hours to relax and savour your last day away.

WIFI
Staying in touch is easy with complimentary unlimited WIFI in all our holiday properties.

Linen and Towels
Beds made up with crisp white linen for your arrival. Bath and beach towels all provided.

Accessible Properties
Many properties with lift and level access available for those with mobility impairments.

Late arrivals
Late arrivals can be agreed by prior arrangement at no extra cost – just let us know when you plan to arrive!

Parking
Most of our properties offer free parking on-site. Check the property pages for guidance.

Welcome Pack
Complimentary welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, local biscuits, nuts and a chilled bottle of wine.

From our high-profile premises in Poole Old Town, our sister company Quay Living lets residential properties throughout the region, on long-lettings, corporate and serviced tenancies. We offer a comprehensive range of services from tenant-find only, to full management. With a substantial client base of individuals, companies and government bodies we offer a successful track record in letting quality properties to quality tenants.

HOLIDAYS
Quay Holidays is the foremost provider of luxury self-catered accommodation in Poole and Bournemouth. By directly-employing our own service team we offer the consistently high level of service that repeat guests have come to expect, whilst simultaneously protecting our landlords’ investments. We consistently achieve high levels of occupancy throughout the year, attracting a combination of holidaymakers, business travellers and other occupiers who prefer the space, privacy and convenience of serviced apartments and houses over hotel accommodation. Our ‘phone lines are open until 10pm, 7 days a week to ensure we give clients the best opportunity to maximise bookings.

SALES
Quay Living offers a personalised sales service to residential owners, investors and second home owners. Our prominent premises are open 7 days a week in order that prospective buyers can discuss with us and view properties at a time convenient to them. Clients’ properties are marketed on all the principal property websites and in local publications.

MANAGEMENT
In addition to our residential management services, Quay Living offers block management services in the local area. We provide proactive, hands-on management and work closely with residents and landlords, with a team of tried and trusted contractors to achieve a reliable and cost-effective solution for larger residential developments.

QUAY NETWORK AUCTIONS
Quay Network Auctions offer a sales auction service for both commercial and residential properties via six London based auctions a year. Local expertise with national coverage reaching an extensive database of buyers.

TRUSTWORTHY & PROFESSIONAL
Quay Living is Regulated by RICS in its residential letting, sales and block management businesses. It is a licensed member of Propertymark (both NAEA and ARLA) and is registered with the Property Redress Scheme for independent dispute resolution.
