About Tern is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge benefiting from a balcony with beautiful harbour views with the Purbecks in the distance. Located just a few minutes walk to Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.

Lift to the second floor. Open plan Lounge / Dining area leading to a balcony with harbour views. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double) with ensuite (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking - Two reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins)

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.

Technology - Television. WIFI broadband facility.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Please note – Building works at Harbour Reach – External building works are presently underway with scaffolding being erected on both Sandpiper House and Puffin House blocks at Harbour Reach. The works are to deal with façade, roof and balcony door / window issues. Balconies and views are impacted and there will be some noise from time to time. We are offering price reductions of 10% on guest stays during this time and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works to Sandpiper House and Puffin House are due to be completed in November 2024. We will continue to update our marketing as further details are received and update guests accordingly.

HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.

Really liked the position, close to Poole Quay and all the pubs and restaurants. Great view from the balcony and handy parking. Bus to Sandbanks 3 minute walk away also a bonus. Very quiet.

Such a great place to stay. We had my 89 year old father with us, it was a treat for him to be so close to the sea. He was very happy to spend time watching the sailing boats from the apartment and when the weather was sunny sit out on the balcony, while we walked into Poole or down to the little beach, in front of the apartments.We all enjoyed a relaxing stay. As a couple we would stay there again and explore the area more.Highly recommended!

From beginning to end we had a relaxing time, in a very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. It was like home from home.Quay holidays are easy to deal with and provided detailed instructions for arrival and departure so set us up nicely for our break in Poole.

The location was perfect for us, overlooking Poole harbour and the Yacht club. Also a good size balcony and was able to watch yacht racing that seemed to be on daily. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space with lots of hangers. There were even towels for the beach.

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a fabulous location with amazing views.Modern with all mod cons and meticulously clean. Excellent underground private parking. 2 minutes walk to a private beach. 10 minutes walk to the harbour front with all the cafes, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The view from the lounge overlooking the yacht club and Isle of Purbeck was great. The apartment was also very quiet.
