Helpful hosts, complimentary tray and wine in the fridge was an unexpected bonus, lovely location and views. Everything needed and more was provided.

We stayed in Beach Point in October for a long weekend, I was pleasantly surprised as we walked into the apartment. It is modern, clean and felt like home away from home. It was spacious with two lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a wonderful open plan kitchen/living area. The view from the balcony was spectacular, great for switching off and watching the world go by. The location is wonderful, you are on the beach and 10 mins walk to the charming Poole Quay, which has amazing cafes, restaurants and shops. You certainly feel like you are on holiday! The cuisine is varied so caters for all tastes and some also do a delivery service, great if you want to chill in the apartment. Sandbanks is 20 mins drive, again a wonderful place to visit and has access to the ferry which takes you to Studland Island which we also did. It's great what you can fit in over a long weekend when everything is so accessible. Finally parking is underground and gives quick access to the apartment, perfect when you've had a long drive. With Covid we felt very safe staying at Beach Point, there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival and we will most certainly be returning in the future when restrictions are lifted.

We had a great time in Poole and the apartment was superb, very good location and very well fitted out with almost everything you could want, the views from the balcony were lovely and the full sun in the apartment was an added bonus for us at the end of September.

One of our best holidays, fabulous sea views from balcony where we could drink a glass of wine and watch the sail boats. Newly refurbished modern flat with everything you could need - bed and sofa really comfortable. Also great for children with Hamworthy beach 2 min walk and park nearby (football, basket ball, tennis, and paddling pool). Lovely cafe in park too. Watersports not far away at the fantastic Sandbanks beach. Poole Quay, with lots of shops and cafes, is a ten min walk - not forgetting nearby Bournemouth too, aquarium, virtual reality, coastal walks etc.

The apartment was ideally located in a quiet location, ideal for our family holiday. The property was absolutely spotless upon arrival and could not fault any of the amenities. The "Welcome Pack" with ideal essentials including a bottle of wine to start your holiday, was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Quay holidays were fabulous and swiftly responded to any of our requests such as extra bedlinen etc. Would definitely rebook again.
