A fabulous 2nd floor apartment located on Poole Quay! Poole Quay activities, Poole Museum, Brownsea Island, Local Ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - are just some of the attractions available in the immediate vicinity. The Port St James development boasts a tiered communal garden.

Communal entrance with lift or stairway to this 2nd floor, two bedroom apartment. Comprehensively equipped throughout, very spacious open plan fitted kitchen, dining and lounge benefitting a balcony and views of the Harbour. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double – hypnos mattress) with TV and ensuite bathroom (separate shower). Second bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double – hypnos mattress) and family bathroom (bath).

Parking - One dedicated parking space provided in the developments own secure parking area. (Restrictions: no vans or motorhomes permitted).

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Electric Heating. Hairdryers. Property is managed by the owner.

Technology - WIFI. 55 inch Smart TV in lounge. 32 inch Flat screen TV in master bedroom. Freeview. Onkyo Music System.

Kitchen - Slimline dishwasher, electric oven / electric hob, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, microwave, washing machine, heated clothes airier.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. No children.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).




POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

We had a wonderful stay at The Quay flat. The location is perfect. We loved being able to watch from the south-facing balcony all the activity in the harbour. The flat is surrounded by excellent restaurants. Our first meal was fish & chips from the chippy next door. We sat on our balcony in blazing sunlight. The flat is walking distance from a Sainsbury and a Tesco food stores. The kitchen in the flat is well equipped. Even champagne flutes. The flat is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the linen was delightfully soft. The towels are generous and W e especially loved the large bath towel. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for the 3rd time and really enjoyed it. One of the best equipped that we have found and obviously used by the owners as it has all the comforts of a home. Wonderful view of the busy quay and we enjoyed watching the ships and ferries. Hope we come back again!

The location was great overlooking Poole Quay & it was very convenient for all the restaurants along the Quay. Beds were comfy, shower was good if a little small & the property was well-equipped. Nice touches with the welcome pack, a throw and good-sized towels were much appreciated.

This is a great flat, plenty of space and very clean. The location is great and the balcony is nice to enjoy the view. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with our apartment, very clean & had lovely views over the harbour, also had our own parking space for the car in secure garage, we are going be be booking again for next year,highly recommend the apartment.
