Parking – Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins).

For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Good arrangements for free parking at the adjacent public car park. 30 minutes driving distance from most tourist spots we wanted to visit. Many excellent restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Snacks, tea, coffee, bottle of wine ws left for us on arrival. Netflix, prime video, Youtube all available on a HD tv.

The area of the apartment was central near everything .The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need.Light and airy the beds were very comfortable .All communal areas were nice and clean.Surprisely not too noisy as it had workmen there sorting out new cladding.I would suggest new photos as there are no longer leather suites and a square table not a round one .Also has new pictures hanging up .

The whole apartment was clean, was really impressed.Lots of towels provided.Nice surprise to find a bottle of wine plus plenty of tea and coffee.

There were things left to be helpful... care soap, fairy liquid, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, tea, hot chocolate (which our 13 year old non caffeine drinker loved), sugar and sweetener, biscuits, and an enormous blanket which I for one really appreciated as I am a particularly cold person. There was also a large fan in the lounge for radiator hubby, and a mini fan in the smaller bedroom which the little one had on for a good part of one night when it was warm. I think everything had been thought of! There were even manuals left for how to work everything. Everything was spotless. I was sad to leave!

This apartment was a lovely base for our time in Dorset. It was convenient for everything and good that Sainsburys was near and the car park was close by. We had some lovely walks without getting in the car. There are some beautiful walks within a short car ride.
