A spacious, modern two-bedroom ground-floor apartment benefitting from on-site parking and a communal garden. Just 10-minutes walk into Ashley Cross.
Spacious open plan living room and dining area. U-shaped sofa with a large TV in the living room - perfect for movies! The separate, smart and stylish kitchen contains all modern appliances. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double). Second bedroom (3ft bunk beds) and a family bathroom (bath with separate corner shower). Communal garden to the front of the property.
Parking - One allocated space on-site.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Large flatscreen TV in the lounge.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
LOWER PARKSTONE - With a cultural heart and excellent restaurants... Lower Parkstone is a popular residential suburb situated on the slopes above Poole. From Constitution Hill, visitors can enjoy a wonderful panorama that stretches from Old Harry Rocks, across Poole Harbour, and around to the Purbeck Hills, with Poole Town nestling in the foreground. Ashley Cross, by Parkstone Station, is the cultural heart, with excellent restaurants like Isabelle’s and award-winning gastro pubs like The Cow, and an assortment of lively bars and bistros. The journey into Poole town centre takes a matter of minutes by car, or just one stop on the train. Poole Park is conveniently located to the South, adjacent to the harbour.

Great, clean property in a good location. Only 10 minute walk to Ashley Cross where there’s a pub, a few wine bars a bakery and a few other shops. The station is right next to the pub. One stop into Poole and 2 stops to Bournemouth. We used the train but also visited Weymouth, Christchurch, Mudeford, and Portland by car all within an hours drive. A great base to explore the Jurassic coast. The property was super clean and easy to check in/out. The welcome tray was lovely. We would definitely recommend booking through Quay Holidays.

Very clean and looks as advertised! The area is peaceful and everything was around 10-20mins drive. Overall we had a great time in Poole!

We absolutely loved our stay at the flat on Kingsbridge Road. The hosts were fabulous and really accommodating. It was a gorgeous flat which was impeccably clean and welcoming. We stayed there for a week with our 3 young girls and it was the perfect location close to all the amenities and beaches! Definitely a little gem! We will be booking there again next time we visit Poole!!
