Description

A lovely ground floor one bedroom apartment conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Poole Town and all its facilities. Part of a purpose built block of four situated on the ground floor. Situated on a development popular with holidaymakers and with the convenience of many activities just a short walking distance. The Quay, Poole Museum, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity.

Open plan living / dining accommodation. Fully fitted kitchen. Hall. One bedroom (4ft 6in standard double). Bathroom (bath with shower over)

Parking - One allocated parking space in the development`s outside area and further (first come first served) visitors parking.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology – WIFI. 43 Inch Smart TV.

Kitchen - Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Harbourside Park is a low-density development of town houses and apartments built approximately 25 years ago offering a great strategic location adjoining Baiter`s harbourside park, close to Poole Park with its scenic level walkways, and yet only 10 minute`s stroll into Old Poole and its historic Quayside.

Stayed at the Flutes apartment in Poole with my husband for a week's holiday. Absolutely loved the apartment. Situated a minute's walk from the harbour quayside. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you needed and more. The bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. The bed was really comfortable and slept very well. The bathroom was very spacious with bath and overhead shower with plenty of hot running water. Plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen was modern with all the amenities needed. The apartment itself was a lot larger than it seemed in the photographs. Collecting the keys from Quayside Holidays was quick and we were able to go to the apartment earlier than advertised. Poole itself is a lovely place to visit with plenty of boat excursions and the harbourside and the town had plenty of places to eat and drink. A highly enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay at Flutes apartment again.

Location close to Poole Quay (0,5 mile), footpath along side of Poole harbour leading to the Quay. Ground floor apartment, compact but sufficient for two.

Well equipped apartment with a great location. Had a very hot but awesome week. Rancho grill great for T Bone steak!! Tyneham & Wolbarrow Bay a must. Beautiful beach at Sandbanks. Perfect holiday. Superb fishing.
