Secure car park, clean and well maintained communal areas and a very well equipped flat, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms and a lovely balcony to watch the sun set. Felt that it had been cleaned well and was Covid friendly. Light and bright with comfortable beds. The location is fantastic to explore the local area and worked well as one the party needed a wheelchair for anything more than a few steps (note there are about 3 steps upon exiting the lift to get the the flat) Complimentary wine and snack treats were welcome after a long journey Although I did all the booking and arranging it was a gift for my 96 year old Nan and my mum and uncle they were really impressed with the apartment - the blipped operated car park made it easy for me to come and collect my guests each day for trips out - thank you to all concerned

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, and we all loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets/ Loved the view of the Twin Sails bridge. Any queries Quay Holidays soon dealt with. Would love to have stayed longer visiting family as we felt quite at home in the apartment.

We stayed in this apartment about 5 years ago. Pleased to find it is still as comfy and convenient to all restaurants and pubs etc. as before. Great to have our own parking space - all in all we've had a great time here and would come back again. Thank you.

Great apartment, great location! For food we loved the court Tea Room and Alcatraz cafe and also the local fish and chips next to the block. We also loved visiting Compton Acres and Kinson Lacey. We have had a lovely two weeks in a fantastically maintained apartment block with a lovely balcony perfect for evening wine and very quiet - no road noise if you close all windows!

First trip to Dorset and loved it! Recommend Lyme Regis, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Locally we recommend Compton acres. Local Restaurants - Italian Diva, Bingleys and Karma. flat great for 2. Fully met expectations and would stay again. Thank you.
