Superb! Spacious, clean, well equipped apartment. Made an excellent location for catching up with friends. Loved eating on the spacious balcony and watching the sun go down. Great location for the quay and food shops and restaurants. Nice touch was a bottle of wine left in the fridge and other goodies on the work top. Generous allocaton of luxurious towels. The agents who were managing the apartment were just below and were on hand and very helpful if there were any issues.

Location was excellent, close to harbour and amongst all the eateries. Free parking at multi-storey next door provided. Poole itself highly recommended

Horizon is in a great central location on the high street and just a few minutes away from the Quay and all of the boat trips and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and communicative, responding to all messages and calls quickly. Key pick up was also really quick straightforward.The apartment is generally well furnished and the beds and sofa are very comfortable. The apartment has 1 TV (living room), oven/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, lots of plates/dishes/cutlery/utensils, lots of pans, three oven trays (including the grill), tea/coffee/hot chocolate and some biscuits, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Small toiletries, fluffy towels and toilet roll were also provided. The free short-term parking outside can be used for an hour to take bags up and pack up but free 24/7 parking is available just around the corner with the card Horizon provide. We would stay again and recommend this accommodation for couples.

Secure car park, clean and well maintained communal areas and a very well equipped flat, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms and a lovely balcony to watch the sun set. Felt that it had been cleaned well and was Covid friendly. Light and bright with comfortable beds. The location is fantastic to explore the local area and worked well as one the party needed a wheelchair for anything more than a few steps (note there are about 3 steps upon exiting the lift to get the the flat) Complimentary wine and snack treats were welcome after a long journey Although I did all the booking and arranging it was a gift for my 96 year old Nan and my mum and uncle they were really impressed with the apartment - the blipped operated car park made it easy for me to come and collect my guests each day for trips out - thank you to all concerned

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, and we all loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets/ Loved the view of the Twin Sails bridge. Any queries Quay Holidays soon dealt with. Would love to have stayed longer visiting family as we felt quite at home in the apartment.

Great apartment, great location! For food we loved the court Tea Room and Alcatraz cafe and also the local fish and chips next to the block. We also loved visiting Compton Acres and Kinson Lacey. We have had a lovely two weeks in a fantastically maintained apartment block with a lovely balcony perfect for evening wine and very quiet - no road noise if you close all windows!
