The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Everything was provided , a hospitality tray on arrival, the beds were really comfy, the view from the lounge was great. Toiletries in both bathrooms , and even beach towels to use. I cannot fault anything . We even had a laugh using the lifts and trying to find our way back to the apartment. Location is superb for all the pubs and restaurants in Poole, close to the ferry for Guernsey and Cherbourg. Boat trip to Brownsea Island on the doorstep.

That I was able to email in advance my ID and then to just collect the keys. I was taking my elderly parents on holiday it was helpful that I didn’t need to leave them in the car for any length of time.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, modern apartment which was situated in an ideal spot on Poole Harbour, with lovely views, especially from one of the bedrooms. It had a home from home feeling, was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent so we were reassured that any concerns would be listened to and acted upon where possible. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future. Thanks to Hannah and Molly.

Location was great. All facilities were available. Great to have parking and a late night Tesco below. Accommodation staff were really friendly and very accommodating. Definitely first choice for our next trip

Property was clean, bright and very comfortable. Ideal location along the quay. Everything you need is easily accessible including ferries and cruises.

Lovely property & spotlessly clean. Great service from Quay Holidays both prior to stay and during our stay. Lovely travel cot and highchair and appreciated little toiletry set with ‘house’ sponge for the baby. Many thanks

In front of harbour, but no noise, except voices of seagulls. Well shadowed windows, thus not hot even during sunny days. Nice flooring and good kitchen equipment. Large living - dining room and free parking.

Concierge at Dolphin Quays very helpful. Lovely walk to Poole Park from the Quay. One rainy day so took our almost 1 year old to soft-play centre and had lunch there. Weather was gorgeous, Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment. Quay Holidays offer great service both before and during the stay. Poole is a beautiful place. The beach at Sandbanks is fabulous. Very busy at weekends so arrive 9.30am to park, weekdays easier. Thai restaurant very good (Sakuna Khrua) just down from Slug and Lettuce.,

The apartment was immaculate and well stocked for towels, kitchenware etc. The views across the harbour were stunning and we enjoyed the central Poole location. Quay Living were helpful in doing our laundry when the washing machine was out of order which was a great help. Excellent service.

Fantastic apartment. In a good location. Would 100% choose this place again - Lots to do in the area - visited Monkey World, Tank Museum, gokarting at Matchams. Highly reccommend Ranchos! Steak!

As usual the apartment was lovely, a real treat to us. We went to Lyme Regis, Wareham, Swanage, Bournemouth. All week the weather was gorgeous, everyday hpt and 22 degrees. We have found lots of fossils in Lyme Regis and lots of shopping bargains. Thank you once again for making our short break a really enjoyable experience.

Great Apartment, perfect central location. We did Sandbanks, Swanage and steam train to Corfe Castle on day 1, then Kimmeridge Bay. On day 2 we found fossils before heading to Bournemouth Pier for the bouncy castle and ice cream. A great weekend. Thank you.
