Lakeside Retreat is a spacious two bedroom, two-bathroom coach house in the heart of Hamworthy and just a few minutes drive to Hamworthy beach or Poole Quay - it's a superb base for exploring Poole Harbour, the Jurassic coast and the wider area of Dorset. A fresh and modern coach house property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms provides a great base for couples or family holidays. Lake Yard Restaurant, The Yachtsman pub or Cobbs Quay Marina are all within 15 minutes walk.
Private entrance with stairs to the first floor and all living accommodation. Open plan living, dining area and kitchen area. Sofa bed in living room (bedding and linen can be provided on request). Fully fitted kitchen including gas hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer. Spacious master bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed), leading to ensuite shower room (walk in shower, sink, electric shaver point, and toilet). Second bedroom (4ft 6 ins standard double bed and 3ft single bed). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, electric shaver point, and toilet).
Parking - Two parking spaces off-road to the front of the property.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer in main bedroom.

Kitchen - Gas 4-burner Hob, Oven, Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and Washer / Dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and around many of the coastal walks offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
