Two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge benefiting from a balcony with stunning harbour views. Located just opposite Hamworthy beach and park and only 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.

Fully fitted kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Master Bedroom with 5ft kingsize double bed and benefiting from ensuite bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). Second bedroom with 4ft 6ins double bed. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and sink).

Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins) Extra visitor parking on a first come, first served basis.

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - Flatscreen TV with Freeview and Netflix. WIFI broadband facility.

Kitchen - Gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.

Location, ease of booking, collecting keys, security all vey good. Lovely clean apartment! Even when had to pull settee out as dropped something...was very clean. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Good storage space. Easy to walk to Poole quay etc.

Ocean Breeze is a great apartment - modern decor, clean, comfortable and perfect size for a family of 4. Well provisioned kitchen and bathrooms - far better equipped than the average self-catering property. Ideal for a stay in Poole and only a few minutes easy walk from the town centre, restaurants, pubs and the beach. Absolutely no faults worth mentioning – if only all self-catering properties were like this.

Lovely apartment, cleanest holiday property we have stayed in. From the moment we walked in felt at home, we stayed over Christmas and there were 2 trees in the lounge which was a lovely touch. Fantastic views-even better than the pictures, walking distance of town and beach close by, a great place to stay
