Poppies at the Dolphin Quays was beautiful, very clean and well equipped, we had a few minor issues on the first day, but everything was sorted within an hour, the staff at Quay Holidays were fantastic and so helpful. The amenities were close and everything's flat making walking easier for my grandparents, I was even able to hire a wheelchair in the town centre. Beautiful rental and friendly locals mad it a fantastic week away. Can't wait to return next year.

The location right on Poole Quay was amazing and close to lots of really good restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, including a very nice welcome tray and bottle of wine.

Location was great! Everything was mostly clean and I enjoyed the amenities. Loved the notes around the apartment that helped to navigate how everything worked.

Came for a week in August post Covid19 lockdown. The apartment was spotless, as we arrived someone came to check it had been cleaned to std. The apartment itself is exactly as shown on the internet. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of quality seating. Everything was of high quality and can’t recommend enough. We booked through Quay holidays and they were great from deferring payment during lockdown to dealing with a minor problem on arrival. Fantastic service.

What can we say.. Fab-u-lous apartment - Bright and airy. Lovely comfortable beds. Carpets that you sink into! Great apartment setting - easily accessible to shops, restaurants, harbour, etc. Lovely walks. The apartment has catered for all of our needs - down to providing dish washing tablets and washing machine tablets. We will be recommending to all family and friends and will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you for the bottle of wine too! Superb - Thanks!

Very well appointed apartment, good welcome pack appreciated. Good base for us visiting family. Lots of places to visit and eateries i.e. Da Vinci's Italian other end of Quay plus some in the lower high street.

Home-from-home, in fact 'Poppies' is more comfortable! Only problem we had was finding the apartment from the car park. Once settled we decided to use the 'back street entrance' much easier. I can see the attraction for holiday makers.

Lovely flat and a good location. The beds are very comfy. It was very clean and well equipped as well. Lovely fluffy towels and a great view. We will hope to return here soon.
