Property clean & finished to a high standard, well equipped kitchen facilities. Warm & comfortable. Good undercover off-street parking arrangements. Would have liked instruction manuals for tv’s. Overall a good stay.

We had a wonderful holiday here, with a clean and recently decorated apartment.and a tray of premium snacks and drinks awaiting our arrival. We had one or two teething problems, for example the door to the veranda outdoor seating was stuck, but staff were readily available by phone, polite and helpful. The directions needed an update but we got there and in without too much difficulty and the rest was plain sailing. It is very close to a small beach where we picked up shells and watched the oyster catchers, and a park with green space, play area and refreshments kiosk. There is a convenience store close too. It then only takes a 5-10 minute stroll to get right to the tourist heart of Poole Quay with its boat trips and ancient pubs, and the High Street with its shops, cafes, and restaurants. The shower was lovely, the bed comfy, the wifi and the smart TV kept us entertained when we had no more energy for all the great outings we went on. When we got rained wet through on an outing then Puffling's washer/dryer and airing rack came to our rescue.

To start with, a really easy check in at the Quay holidays office in town with friendly staff. We stayed in Puffling, a one bedroom flat which was furnished beautifully and cleaned to a very high standard. Proximity to the Quay and the beach was fantastic and the views from the balcony encompassed both. It was a very relaxing stay, in a stylishly furnished flat in a great location, only a 10min walk into town. You only need to bring yourself and clothes, all amenities are provided and there’s a nice welcome pack too.

The location was superb. Very close to the seafront, had a nearby shop for essentials and only a 10 minute walk into town. The property had superb decor and amenities. Would definitely like to stay again.

Great Location. The apartment is fully equipped especially the kitchen. Under ground parking and a short walk to the park and town centre. The complex was fairly quiet and well maintained
