Description
A beautiful three-storey town house located a stone's throw from Poole Harbourside. This three bedroom, two-bathroom house benefits from a courtyard rear garden located just a couple of minutes from Poole Quay, numerous restaurants and bars, and the main shopping area.
Entrance porch and hall. Open plan kitchen and dining area with sliding doors to the courtyard paved garden area. Fully fitted kitchen including fridge / freezer, 1.5x oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs spacious bedroom (5ft kingsize bed). Ground floor cloakroom (sink and toilet). Stairs to first floor and main living room complete with large corner sofa and 55inch smart TV. Views out to the harbour. 2nd bedroom (5ft kingsize bed). Family bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet). Stairs up to second floor and second living room with comfortable seating and views out from the large picture windows to the harbour. 3rd bedroom (5ft kingsize bed). Family shower room (walk in corner shower, sink and toilet).
Parking - One parking space on the drive at the front of the property. (Entrance to driveway 3.6 meters wide, then 4.8 meters wide up to 7 meters)
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology – WIFI. Smart 55inch flatscreen TV. Virgin television package. DVD player. CD player.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter? The beauty of Poole Town is that all of these attractions and facilities are within easy walking distance of each other. Whilst Poole Town is an excellent base for beaches and for exploring the beauty of the Dorset countryside, there is no shortage of things to do and see on its very doorstep!

Great house! Spotless accommodation, very comfy and an amazing base for exploring Poole. Beautiful views from the first and second floors. All the amenities you could need and a few little extras that made it even more special, like beach towels and toiletries. Would definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend!
