The location was perfect. It was a little noisy at the weekend with the bikes but it was great to see all the different bikes in one place. The property exceptional. The decor was calming and peaceful. The view beyond words. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen well equipped.

We totally loved every single thing about this apartment and our stay! The owners have clearly put loads of time and effort into the property and its evident as soon as you walk through the door. The attention to details can be seen in so may ways. All of our needs were met, even Theo, our seven year old was taken care of with plenty of games and DVD's although he also loved the binoculars. We enjoyed our evenings admiring the wonderful views and the comfy sofa's were bliss, as was the super comfy beds! There is so much to do in the area. Poole is just fab! The deli downstairs is great with both wonderful treats and service. Having the boat trip on your doorstep is also awesome, we enjoyed this very much! All in all we can't fault Poole or the exceptional apartment in any way. Truth is that we are all sad to leave - until the next visit! We will def be back!!! :)

First time staying at Dolphin Quays. it has been fantastic. Well equipped for all our needs. Fabulous views to watch the boats coming and going. Fantastic location to eat out too. Our favourites have been Quay Cafe for most breakfasts! Rancho Steakhouse didn't disappoint. Sakuna Khrua was the best Thai we have had. Brewhouse and Kitchen - the food was lovely. Quay Spice for a curry which was also nice. We have had some great days out to Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Corfe Castle, Beaulieu, New Forest etc. The apartment is great for getting everywhere really. Would like to come again in the nicer weather, although we have been quite lucky this week. Would highly recommend here!

This is the 3rd year in Sunseeker. We had another wonderful week. Such good people watching, close to boats and the bus service is fantastic - can get to many places from the Bus Station. We wanted to book for next year but unfortunately others have had the same idea so will book for 2022. This apartment is the best we have been to. Everything has been thought of.

First time at Dolphin Quay. Loved the apartment - was perfect for our short break. Plenty of people watching from balcony!!Lovely meals in all restaurants, in particular Bingley's and Ocean Palace (Chinese) at Harbour Heights Hotel.

This is a beautiful apartment. We are regulars at Poole and stayed many times with Quay but not in this apartment. What a find! The views have been amazing and weather mainly good for our 8 day stay. Even if not, it would never be boring with the boats and the comings and goings on the Quay to enjoy. I have treasured this holiday as we have had to shield and have barely seen our son Alex until this week and so have been joyful to be properly together again. All our treasured holiday traditions have come back. Many thanks for lending us your lovely home - I am sure we will return again if we can!

First time staying at Dolphin Quay. Fantastic apartment, loved everything about it. So clean. Beautiful apartment with everything and more you need; beautiful decor, lovely views. We have stayed in lots more apartments but this is by far the best. Had a superb week.

The apartment is stunning and was the perfect place for a much needed pre-lockdown stay.We absolutely loved our 5 days here with so much activity from the windows on to the docks and marina - there was always something to see.We ate at Da Vinci's, Oriel and the Custom House and would recommend all of them.Visited Compton Acres which was well worth a visit and also Sandbanks with lunc at Rick Stein.Thank you so much for your hospitality and arranging the stay. The rooms and furnishings are top dollar and we couldn't fault anything!

Fabulous apartment - well appointed, great views, quiet, comfortable - we absolutely love it. Dolphin Quays is an extremely efficiently run complex in the best position on Poole Quay. This was our third stay in the complex and our second to Sunseeker. Always something to watch in the marina, plus ferries coming and going. We will be back!

We had previously stayed in another apartment in this complex, and were not disappointed with Sunseeker. The views over the Quay, Marina, Brownsea Island to Sandbanks could not be beaten - there was always something of interest to watch, yet the apartment was quiet. Very well appointed - the photos do not lie - all fixtures and fittings were of high quality. We had a few cold wet days and the heating was extremely efficient. Excellent facilities nearby - important to us as my husband has mobility issues. Ferries, restaurants, pubs & retail outlets all very close. The circular bus stops right outside the complex, so easy to access other areas of Poole and the central bus station, where you can catch buses to the rest of the county. And yes - we have booked again.

We decided to stay in Sunseeker because of the extra views along the Quay in addition to those overlooking Sandbanks, Brownsea Island and the marina. There was always something to watch. The apartment was extremely comfortable, excellent central heating (which we needed towards the end of our stay). It was decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The complex is extremely secure, well maintained and a bonus is the small resident’s library where we found some great books. The biggest compliment we can give the apartment is that we would love to live there! Hope to rebook for next year.

The view from the balcony was fabulous,near to shops and boat trips. The apartment was so well equipped, nothing was missed even down to a printer which we needed to print our e tickets for a day trip to Guernsey. Everything was immaculate,beds were comfortable,showers were always hot. It all enabled us to have a wonderful holiday. We contacted Quay holidays as we had a problem with central heating they sent someone round within 20minutes.Great service.

Fantastic apartment!! Couldn't have asked for more. We have been so lucky with the weather - beautiful! Lovely views across the harbour. So much to do in the surrounding areas. Great boat trips. First holiday for a long time after going out for the day and looking forward to going back to the apartment to relax. Thank you so much - We will be back again.

What an apartment, four friends loved it. Bonus a super yacht opposite for Becky!!! Stunning apartment. This apartment has everything, views and the space make it so special. We are totally relaxed after this wonderful week, just stunning. We all loved it.

Perfect apartment for a lovely relaxing week (once we managed to find our way from the car park!) We liked Poole and found plenty of places to eat - Can recommend Karma, Guildhall Tavern (booked weeks ahead), Da Vincis, Quay Cafe (for breakfast). Also went to Renouf in Winton. Also found plenty to do in the area, including Brownsea Island, Swanage Railway, Corfe Castle, Kinston Lacey, RNLI college. The views from the apartment is fabulous and we spent hours just watching what was going on in Port.

We have stayed in many apartments at Dolphin Quays – This is wonderful – So well equipped and tastefully furnished, We have been coming to this area for many years and still find something new to do every time!
