*We enjoyed the wine and the sweets left, and we thank you for your kindness. *the house was very clean, the bed linen smelled very good, as did the entire house, the decoration, the house has all the necessary utensils, cleaning materials, if necessary, they were available. I liked the concern that the person took in leaving instructions on how to use it and how to use it, it's worth a lot

This is a little gem. Just 20 minute walk from Poole Quay where there are lots of restaurants. Easy access to Bournemouth, Christchurch, New Forest, Sandbanks, Swanage. Shopping centre and supermarkets near by as are buses and trains.

Nice comfortable apartment (Sandpiper) and well presented by Quay holidays with all the facilities that you need. Easy access to Poole Quay where there are numerous restaurants - the Poole arms & The Portsmouth Hoy are particular favourites of mine. There is plenty to do and visit. The Haynes Motor Museum, Fleet Air Arm Museum and Beaulieu Motor Museum are all within easy travelling distance. If gin is your tipple then there is the Bombay Gin distillery at Laverstoke for a factory tour and a gin cocktail masterclass. The Ringwood Brewery (owned by Marston’s) also do factory tours.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the apartment Sandpiper, it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and perfectly located to explore the Dorset area.

Apartment is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Excellent location, really quiet and absolutely everything you might need in the cupboards and drawers. Portsmouth Hoy and Poole Arms do a lovely meal and highly recommend the Jurrasic boat ride. SO pleased we didn't book a hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Having had to cancel our holiday this Summer, we booked this apartment at the last minute. What an amazing find. More like a home than a holiday apartment - real attention to detail. So comfortable, spotlessly clean and including everything you could possibly need. Also, well positioned - right by the coast, which I love, and Poole Park which brought back fond memories of my childhood and when my kids were small. All in all we had a perfect holiday in these rather strange times. Thank you.

We were here for a month while my husband was working at the hospital. It was like home from home with everything you could wish for. The location was superb for our needs. It comes highly recommended.

As ever, loving being here. Missed last year, rang in too late - but so happy to have made it this year. This is I think our 4th stay in this fabulous home, sweet place - we just love coming. This year the weather is not great, but who cares - we have great TV and lovely shops and harbour around us not to say all the trips to further a field. Thank you to the owners for making this place such a wonderful home to come to!

Pleasantly surprised when we looked around the flat. We have stayed in a few houses in this area and this tops them ALL. Very clean, which to me is very important. Also everything you need is a bonus, would recommend Quay properties for the care they have taken in this property.

What a delight! don't miss this ideal for a couple holidaying. Well located just a short flat walk along waterfront into Poole quay for a range of bars and eateries very clean apartment and everything included and i mean everything just like a home from home only 50 yards from bus stop if you don't fancy walking Poole has plenty to see and do and Bournemouth and Swanage are just a short drive away also but this apartment is superb brilliant shower and comfort bed with a well equipped kitchen internet provided and parking included which is very handy

The apartment is very comfortable and with all you would need. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Plenty of activities and places to visit depending on your preferences.

The flat was fantastic: wonderfully clean, beautifully maintained. Even the books and DVDs showed a real thoughtfulness: somethings for everyone. And so many coasters! Sometimes we doubled up the coaster just to get that luxury coaster feeling! I cannot say enough good things about the flat - it was a real home from home. Thank you.

We spent 16 days here and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and well equipped to prepare meals and snacks. The towels and linens are good quality and the furnishings tasteful. It is a lovely homely apartment with nice additions such as ornaments and pictures which relate very well to Dorset and Poole. We go weekly bus tickets and travelled all around Dorset from Lyme Regis to Christchurch. Lovely walks on the Studland peninsula. Good base for our travels. We didn't meet the owners but would like to thank them for creating a lovely place to stay.

We've had a great stay! The weather makes a big difference and we've enjoyed lots of great walks, enjoyed the sandy beaches at Sandbanks and the calmest crossing to Brownsea Island. An ideally placed apartment to enjoy the local area. Appreciated the chilled wine awaiting us and the mid-stay clean and change of bedding/towels. Thank you.

You've thought of everything. Great Location and easily walk-able to town. Fantastic beaches at Sandbanks and Southbourne. We've been so lucky with the weather as well. Everything perfect.

Extremely clean apartment. Everything you could wish for. This is the first time we have been in an apartment and not felt as through we had to wash the pots before we used them. Very nice decor and comfortable. In a nice position for the town, pubs, etc. We can recommend the Poole Arms for a meal. Excellent would not hesitate to return in the future.

Extremely clean and well equipped apartment, compliments to the cleaners. Cleanest apartment we have stayed in. Location is perfect for the Quay and shops. We used the bus quite a bit to go to Wareham, Boscombe, Bournemouth and Rockley Sands. No driving for a week!! Very relaxing and weather was reasonably good. Did lots of runs around Poole Park so going home fitter.

A real home from home! The apartment not only has everything you may need, but the quality is excellent!! The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to Poole Quay, supermarkets etc. Parked the car - never needed to use it for 7 days! Just walked and used buses, boats and rail - perfect!

We have been coming to Poole for a few years, usually stay in hotels, decided this year to try and apartment, Good choice. Sandpiper is beautifully kept and just a nice distance from the Quay. Would definitely come again.

You never lets us down Quay Holidays, yet another wonderful accommodation. Fantastic location, very well appointed. Loved the little extra’s fairy lights outside, fan in bedroom, plasters, umbrellas etc. We’ve stayed in many different accommodations with many different holiday let companies but Quay hoidays ae by far more superior than others we have used – Keep up the good work!! Fabulous apartment! So clean and well equipped, it is a real home from home. All the little touches are so welcoming and it has been a pleasure to stay here. My husband and I are in out 50s, yet found ourselves wind-surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking and attending the motobiing festival at Poole Quay on a Tuesday evening. We’ve cycled in the New Forest and eaten in some lovely restaurants. Can highly recommend; Loch Fyne restaurant in Canford Cliffs (Fish restaurant) Watersports academy in Sandbanks (the water is warm!) Corfe Castle village (the ferry ride and scenic drive is lovely) The Deli on the Quay (best quiche ever)

In over 40 years of self-catering holidays this apartment has to be one of the best we have stayed in. Very well appointed and tastefully furnished. We did eat out quite a lot and the best one was The Guildhall Tavern (French cuisine) We also had a visit from the fox!

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Almost everything you could wont is provided. Good week enjoyed, good weather. Recommend various boast trips round the harbour, to Brownsea Island and up the river Frome to Wareham. Also to Compton Acres Gardens and the RSPB nature reserve at Arne. Extra bonus – handsome fox seen outside 9.30am one morning and not in a hurry to run away.

We came to this apartment 3 years ago. I have family in Poole so we decided to do another week as we enjoyed the standard of the accommodation last time. So clean and smart and comfortable, with everything you could need. “Home from home” An added bonus this year is the sky TV. Not the most important thing on holiday, but my partner is disabled so we spend most evenings in. Thanks for the welcome pack – especially the wine! Great cleaning crew too! Will definitely return.
