Sea Spirit is located within a minutes' walk to Alum Chine beach. With three bedrooms and a lovely big terrace this makes an ideal base for a family holiday or plenty of space for two couples travelling. Studland Dene includes an on-site Spa and on Alum Chine beach is Vesuvio Italian restaurant next to a fabulous children's playground.

Prestigious communal entrance lobby with dedicated on-site concierge. Private residents' hallways leading to the front door. Contemporary and stylish the apartment is open plan style with kitchen, dining and living area with sliding full height wall to create open access to the kingsize bedroom (5ft double bed) area including fitted wardrobe / storage. Glazed doors just off the bedroom area lead to a spacious terrace area perfect for family alfresco dining or lounging in the sun! Just a short distance is the cliff top and then two minutes walk to Alum Chine beach. Further door to hallway leading to two further bedrooms, standard double (4ft 6ins double bed) with doors leading to the large terrace area. Twin bedroom (2x 2ft 6ins single beds which can be zipped together to create a kingsize - please request on booking) both including fitted wardrobe / storage. Family bathroom with large walk-in wet room style shower, sink and toilet.

Fully fitted smart kitchen area including fridge (with top ice box), ceramic hob cooker, oven, microwave, and small dishwasher. There is a separate washing and drying room in the basement of the apartment building.

Studland Dene also benefits from an on-site Spa facility on the ground floor, Edge Spa offering Elemis treatments and also a nail bar.

Parking - The property benefits from a dedicated on-site parking space. - height restriction 9.19ft / 2.8 m. Additional on street parking along Studland Road, this is on a first come first served basis.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer. Additional sofa bed available in living area (for a further guest or two - linen available on request).

Technology - 43 inch Smart Television. Sky TV package (not sports or movies), Chromecast (for use with own accounts). WIFI.

Great location, so close to the beach. Nice modern ground floor apartment. Smooth check in. Tea, coffee, crisps and biscuits waiting was a lovely touch after a long journey. We will be back!

Stayed here for 5 days, accommodation was beautiful was just as described online ,concierge very welcoming ,location to beach was about 5mins walk away, shops and restaurants were also near enough to walk to.We were very lucky to have lovely weather too.

We had a fantastic stay at Studland Dene. The apartment is in a great location and a beautiful area overlooking the wonderful sandy beach between Bournemouth and Sandbanks. It is only a 10-15min walk along the promenade to busy Bournemouth with lovely restaurants, cafes and bars along the way. On arrival the concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. The owners were also very helpful supplying us with a cot and high chair for our granddaughter. They were very quick to reply to our request. All the information for our stay was given. The apartment is very well appointed in every aspect and had everything we required for 4 adults and a baby. Great having a car parking space in the garage and there is also street parking. We look forward to staying in the apartment again.

Had a really lovely stay, apartment was everything and more. Clean, well presented and secure. Everything has been thought of and the position couldn't be better. The award winning beach is literally 2 minutes away. Would not hesitate in going back to this property again, cannot recommend it highly enough.

Apartment was perfect for 2 families (3 adults and 2 kids) but could have happily accommodated another adult and infants. The location was perfect - literally a 2 minute walk and you're on the beach.
