A beautiful 3-bedroom town house located in the popular Harbourside Park development just a few minutes from Poole Quay and the town centre. The house benefits from a courtyard garden, balcony and both a garage space and off-street parking space with a Tesla electric charging point.

Entrance hall leading to ground floor bedroom (single bed with pull out to to make a double bed), doors leading to courtyard garden. Utility room with washer / dryer and shower. Separate ground floor cloakroom with Japanese toilet. Stairs to first floor - open plan living and dining area with balcony and sea glimpses. Separate fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, electric 4 burner hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, and microwave . Stairs to second floor - master bedroom (kingsize 5ft bed), second bedroom (2x 2ft 6ins singles or zip and link kingsize double). Family bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet).

Parking - Two Parking space to the front of the property with Tesla electric charging point (type 2, can be used for other vehicles). Garage available for storage of bikes and watersports equipment.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology – M100 Superfast Fibre Broadband and WIFI, Flatscreen Smart TV, Alexa Show, Philips Hue White Ambient lighting in lounge, and USB sockets throughout.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, and washer / dryer. Magimix Nespresso coffee machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The house was very nice, and in a great location. The house was very well equipped, and everything was quality, no shortcuts. The smart toilet was amazing and unexpected, but a great touch. Would I stay again, yes and yes again.
