Dolphin Quays` prestigious foyer offers a 24 hour front desk security service with the benefit of secure on-site car parking.

Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6`6").

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

PLEASE NOTE: Development work has commenced on the adjacent former Poole Pottery site. The window/s within the property do overlook this construction site and the tower crane which has been erected upon it. We have obtained a schedule of works from the developers and have been advised that contractors will be on site for a period of approximately 12 months. They are working normal working hours, usually from 8am up to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.

Large, comfortable living space in an excellent location. Very accessible - we travel with a wheelchair. Outdoor space (terrace, not overlooked) was an unexpected bonus. Good restaurants just outside the door. The apartment stayed cool and comfortable in a heatwave.

Stayed at Steep Holm in Dolphin Quays. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and is so conveniently located, with everything you need within walking distance. Boat trips from the quay, hop-on and hop-off bus outside apartment. Lots of places to visit within half an hour drive. Cannot fault anything.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. The kitchen has an exceptionally good set up with steam warblers, microwave, oven. Gas stove and heat chute. The service by the landlord was very accommodating and friendly.
