Situated in the heart of Poole Town and only minutes from Poole Quay! Sunrise is a 6th floor, two-bedroom apartment with views across Poole town towards the sea!
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from a flatscreen 43 inch smart television. The apartment also benefits from a balcony with town views and harbour glimpses. The fully fitted kitchen area contains all modern appliances including a 4-burner gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a 5ft Kingsize double bed. Second bedroom has twin beds (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking – No parking with the accommodation. Parking can be found in the Quay Visitors multi-storey car park (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins), next to Orchard Plaza - at guest expense. Details can be found here.

POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter? The beauty of Poole Town is that all of these attractions and facilities are within easy walking distance of each other. Whilst Poole Town is an excellent base for beaches and for exploring the beauty of the Dorset countryside, there is no shortage of things to do and see on its very doorstep!
