Three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment (sleeps 7) with beautiful communal gardens. Situated 15 minutes walk from Branksome Chine Beach and just 10 minutes drive into Bournemouth with a super choice of restaurants and bars.

Situated on the second floor of a 1920's development with an extension in the 1990's. Entrance with stairs up to the second floor. Living room with large corner sofa. Separate, open-plan kitchen and dining area. Fully fitted kitchen with Neff kitchen appliances including stainless steel 4-burner gas hob and extractor, electric fan-assisted double oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Master Bedroom (6ft super-kingsize double) with TV. Ensuite (walk-in shower, sink, toilet). Second bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and 3ft single bed. Third bedroom with twin 3ft single bed. Family bathroom (bath, sink, toilet and shaver point).

Parking - One off-road parking space for a private car (no commercial vehicles). Ample on-street parking available on the road immediately outside.

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - 55" Smart TV in living room. 43" TV in the Master Bedroom. WIFI.

Kitchen - 4-burner gas hob and extractor, electric fan-assisted double oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets permitted. Guests are kindly requested to respect the rights of other residents and keep noise to a minimum.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter? The beauty of Poole Town is that all of these attractions and facilities are within easy walking distance of each other. Whilst Poole Town is an excellent base for beaches and for exploring the beauty of the Dorset countryside, there is no shortage of things to do and see on its very doorstep!

Brilliant place to hang out and explore Poole and Bournemouth! It is a clean and spacious apartment - - it was hot when were there and the large opening velux windows made the place breezy and cool despite the heat. The kitchen was well stocked. Having 2 smart TVs was great. Definitely a place we would return to - Westbourne (only a 10 min walk away was packed with great coffee places/bars and a good array of shops - Branksome Chine beach was an easy walk away and the chine walk was great.

Fantastic place to stay, we had issues with sockets not working but they got an electrician out within hours of being informed and they sorted it out for us whilst we were out, would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the stay at The Gables which is very spacious and in a quiet residential area. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet residential area with ample parking. Branksome beach is a 15-20 minute walk away.
