Such a lovely cottage, very clean and in a quiet peaceful area. We all felt very at home straight away. There was parking at the front for several cars. The kitchen was well equipped, we had everything that we needed. There were even some treats for our dog which was a thoughtful touch. The secure garden was a good size with ample garden furniture, overlooking several small paddocks. Easy access from patio doors and a back door. The disused railway walk was on the doorstep and an easy 2 mile walk led us to the Avon Causeway pub and Inn. Overall we were extremely happy with our choice of accommodation.

Just got back from the willows at Christchurch, what a fantastic cottage. spacious, clean and everything we needed. Plenty of evening bbq’s in the garden after a day at the beach or a walk in the forest. We all loved the beach and I did a lot of cycling in the forest, the best gravel trails I’ve ridden.Soon as we got back we booked again with quay holidays, great company, easy to deal with and answer questions quick. 10/10.Like

Although we live locally, we rented this property over the weekend of my son's wedding so that we could play host on the Sunday to several family members who travelled various distances. The cottage was delightful, most of our relatives had a little tour round and not one had anything negative to say about it, a couple of them said they would actually book it.I have thought quite a bit about this and the only thing I would have an issue with would be the rough track leading to the property

We had a great stay at The Willows. Such a homely place with some really nice touches (toiletries, welcome pack, logs etc.). Very picturesque and the little horse in the back field was lovely to see!We took our dog up to St Catherines Hill and also on the 4 mile round trip to the Avon Causeway pub (along the old rail-way track)... he loved it!Just a short drive in to Christchurch and 15 mins in to Bournemouth too.The owners were really nice and helpful and we will be staying again whenever we come down to visit Bournemouth.

We have loved our stay at Fern Cottage. It is such a fab cottage, had everything we needed and lovely luxury touches were much appreciated. Kids really enjoyed seeing cows and horses outside the bedroom window and cycling/splashing in puddles along the railway path to the pub was a highlight - thanks for the recommendation!

We have had a fantastic few days here. The cottage is beautiful and in a fantastic location. It was hard to find a place for dogs and a baby and this place was perfect for us. We had loads of space and the garden is perfect, would love to come back in the summer months.

Fern cottage is a gorgeous cottage. It was clean and had lovely home touches, thoroughly enjoyed the croissants and mini wine! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side and we stayed at the cottage most of the time, which was very comfortable. My daughter loved seeing the horse and fairy garden in the garden. The logs were great and had plenty of log fires! Definitely go back !

We have stayed in a few holiday cottages before - but none of them have been so well equipped and beautifully thought out. The kitchen was absolutely brilliant - with plenty of places to sit outside. We were so lucky with the weather and enjoyed fabulous walks around. Thank you so much. I called it "home" after 3 days - enough said :)

We lived Fern Cottage. The garden in particular was much prettier than the pictures show. It was exceptionally clean, very child friendly and in a great location for walks and if you need to nip to shops for extra food. Molly and Hannah were very prompt in responding to any queries I had. We’d love to come back.

We loved Fern Cottage! Very warm welcome from the owner, Liz, great location, cosy log fire and lovely thoughtful touches throughout. Very little kid friendly as doors to stop them going upstairs, into kitchen etc and we just lit the fire once they were in bed. They loved seeing the cows and horses from their bedroom windows and learning to ride a bike down the railway track to nearby pub for Sunday roast - perfect! Had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and stylish, kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent. Highly recommend!

Just a note to say thanks for a wonderful stay, the house is simply superb, immaculate and very accommodating for our family, the log burner was also a lovely touch, which we all enjoyed; would most defiantly recommend to anyone seeking a quiet and comfortable get away with lots of lovely scenery. Massive thank you to Liz for making our stay as good as it was!

Amazing cottage in a lovely woodland area but still very close to the town. Found it really hard to find accommodation which would be good for bigger dogs and a baby and this cottage catered for all our needs. Pictures don't do it justice as this place is a real beauty. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to return some day. Thanks again!”

Great location - rural but near to a town. Liz makes every effort to make your stay nice with thoughtful touches. We did not have a dog but can see would be a good location for dogs as well. Cottage is spacious but cozy with great facilities.

A beautiful, cosy cottage in the countryside! Liz was very helpful with local tips for our stay and the check-in process was easy. The cottage is close to the New Forest and Mudeford beach for walks/pub lunches but there are plenty of local walks should you wish. The cottage is so lovely that we found ourselves putting on the fire and relaxing with a book most of he time. I highly recommend this air bnb!

An absolutely beautiful cottage in such peaceful surroundings. Lovely views of the horses and cows to wake up to each day. The cottage is much more spacious than we’d expected, the photos don’t do it justice! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, with lots of extra touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Spotlessly clean, comfy sofa with blankets, more than enough wood to keep the fire burning all day and through the evening. Liz is a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating, although we didn’t need to ask for anything as everything was all ready thought of! We would definitely return in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The cottage and surrounding area are stunning! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Liz and given a tour of the cottage and garden- which are a lot bigger and cozier than we expected!! Liz had the fire on for when we arrived, so the house was toasty. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, so we were able to have a lovely home cooked meal one night. The house is spotlessly clean and the extra touches like a welcome basket full of wine, croissants, jam, cheese straws and biscuits, really made it! There was even doggy biscuits left out for our little Dachshund! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back! Thank you Liz!

Liz is a super host and very helpful. The cottage is situated in a quiet lane with great walks straight from the door. The log burner was a very welcome and cosy addition. We look forward to a longer visit in the near future.
