Four-bedroom, three-bathroom contemporary detached house just a short stroll from the independent shops, wonderful restaurants, bars and cafes around Ashley Cross Green. Jump in the car and you are only a 10-minute drive to Sandbanks' stunning beaches or Poole's beautiful harbour. With its decked courtyard garden, comfy seating and outside dining areas this property is made for alfresco living!

Entrance hall leading to kitchen / dining room at the front of the house. Fully fitting kitchen including ceramic hob, double electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Dining table extends to seat 8/10 people. Spacious living room to the rear of the property flatscreen television with freeview and DVD player. WIFI provided. Large sliding doors to courtyard garden that includes both a comfortable seating area and separate dining area, perfect for alfresco dining. Ground floor cloakroom. Door to garage area that may be used for storage of bikes or water sports equipment if required, additional fridge located here. Stairs to first floor including second bedroom (5ft kingsize double) including ensuite large walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Third bedroom (5ft kingsize double), fourth bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds (for children only). Family bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet). Further stairs to second floor where there is a desk area in the top floor hall area. Door to master bedroom (5ft kingsize double), with fitted wardrobes and ensuite (large walk-in shower, sink and toilet).

Parking - Parking at the front of the property (off road) for 2 vehicles. (Garage is for storage only - bikes or watersports equipment may be securely kept here if required).

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - WIFI. Flat screen television with freeview, DVD player.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, double electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, extra fridge in garage.

Restrictions - No smoking. Pets - two dog permitted (downstairs only).

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

LOWER PARKSTONE - With a cultural heart and excellent restaurants... Lower Parkstone is a popular residential suburb situated on the slopes above Poole. From Constitution Hill, visitors can enjoy a wonderful panorama that stretches from Old Harry Rocks, across Poole Harbour, and around to the Purbeck Hills, with Poole Town nestling in the foreground. Ashley Cross, by Parkstone Station, is the cultural heart, with excellent restaurants like Isabelle’s and award-winning gastro pubs like The Cow, and an assortment of lively bars and bistros. The journey into Poole town centre takes a matter of minutes by car, or just one stop on the train. Poole Park is conveniently located to the South, adjacent to the harbour.

My two sisters and our families (10 people in total) were able to live under one roof as we visited the Dorset area. This property was perfect because it was very clean; while providing us with all of the amenities we required. In addition, it was well situated; allowing us with easy access to area restaurants and sights. What impressed me most was that it was ‘exactly’ as advertised. Our three families all agree that we would stay at Twin Palms again when visiting the Poole area.

The house was perfect for a family of our size, the children all loved being in the same room together. The house was spotless, modern, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a stylish, modern house in a convenient, pleasant residential area, within easy walking distance from good restaurants. Lovely outside seating area. We had a very enjoyable stay with our son and daughter and partners.
