Very good location, easy to find. Good parking in multi-storey next door- but tight turns going up ramps! Well appointed apartment with welcome pack of tea/ coffee,snacks and a bottle of wine! Good kitchen faciliities.

Location very good with only a short walk to the high street, a mall & very good restaurants. Parking in the large multi storey car park next door was convenient.

Nice, clean, modern flat in a good location near Poole Quay. A good base to get out and about to visit the surrounding area and beyond. Close to shops and the numerous local restaurants. Car parking was easy.

We had a very pleasant stay here for 7 nights. The apartment is very well equipped and has a very comfortable bed. Would come here again.

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and very central. Parking was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with helpful things. We would definitely come again.

We were lucky enough to secure this amazing, well equipped, centrally located apartment for both the beginning & end of our four week break. I can not / could not be more satisfied with the facilities the "house" offered - It was a real home away from home. The washer/dryer - excellent The dishwasher - who want to wash dishes on their break! :-) The Kitchen - a fully equipped kitchen not missing a thing - right down to a bottle opener (an essential on holiday) The WiFi - made communications with home a breeze. We didn't watch television - but ready to go if we did! Linen / Cleaning products / bathroom essentials - even a welcome bottle of wine! EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WELL PROVIDED WITH GREAT CONSIDERATION OF EVERYTHING THE TRAVELLER MIGHT REQUIRE (even though Ironing was not on my list :-) ) Thanks very very very much! Two very happy travellers!

We had a fantastic stay at Orchard Plaza 308, the place was clean, well furnished, cosy and had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The furniture was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. It would have been better to have a sofa bed in the living area to fit more people. The place is centrally located, the Sainsburys right downstairs was very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants & pubs nearby which allowed us to find food easily. The place was quiet at night which allowed us restful nights. We even managed to catch some fireworks the day before we left! The hosts were fabulous and attentive to our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the stay.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped for 2. Nice bedding and comfortable bed. (Couldn't get the bedroom window open) Good central location for all Poole has to offer. We've had a quiet, peaceful 3 nights, weather excellent! Hope to return in the near future. Found Quay Holidays staff efficient and helpful.

A fantastic location and very spacious apartment of high standard. Excellent for weeks stay and no problems with parking. Definitely recommend and staff very helpful.

We love our visits to Poole, and coming at Christmas is extra special. The Christmas tree was such a surprise "thank you" We are not worried about the weather as there is always so much to do and see.
